How do I start a Care Session with a caregiver?

From your Flock, choose the caregiver and request a Care Session. You can set it for a time frame like one hour, until the end of day, or indefinitely. The caregiver receives a request and can accept or decline. Once accepted, everyone in the Flock can see that the Care Session is active.
